We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make our policies as flexible and transparent as possible.
General Cancellation Policy
All of our tuk-tuk tours can be cancelled for a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled tour time. No questions asked—just let us know and we’ll process your refund promptly.
Exceptions for Custom Itineraries
For private van tours or custom itineraries, different conditions may apply. These tours often involve more complex logistics and advance bookings. Cancellations for these experiences may be subject to partial refunds or non-refundable planning fees. Please refer to the specific terms outlined at the time of booking or contact us directly for details.
Non-Refundable Attraction Tickets
If your tour includes tickets to attractions that must be purchased in advance (such as museums, landmarks, or events), these costs cannot be refunded once the tickets are booked. We will inform you of any such tickets at the time of reservation.
Weather Policy
Our tours operate in most weather conditions. Tuk-tuks are equipped with transparent rain covers, and we also provide umbrellas if rain is expected. However, in rare cases of severe weather—such as heavy rain or conditions that compromise road safety—we will reach out to discuss your options. You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund if we determine it is unsafe to proceed.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
